About the Event
In The Undiscovered Self, Jung asks the question - "What will the future bring?"
We're diving in! Having questioned ourselves about ascription and proscription with Self & Identity
we've arrived at a worldly inquiry about cultural perspectives in the social realm.
Self & Society is our next step, reading and discussing Jung's The Undiscovered Self,
Perhaps Self & Technology will follow this winter, as we come to terms with all that Science and Synchronicity has brought to light in today's fast moving world. We'll explore this question through Jung’s relationship with Nobel Laureate physiciist Wolfgang Pauli.
Our instinctual /medieval /modern selves adjust to our social-cultural environments, This can be disorienting as tech progressively replaces reality (consider AI). Thus, knowing the self becomes a challenging process in our fast paced world.
